Chinese gooseberries have become a firm favourite in Australia. 'Hayward' is considered to be the best kiwi fruit cultivar having large even sized fruit, oval in shape with green flesh. The skin is hairy, brownish-green in colour.
*female plants need a male plant for pollination to produce fruit (about one male to 6 to 10 females, the male does not produce fruit)
